WHAT IS THE EMCUP?

The European Mise en Place Cup (EMCup) was founded in 2009. Now, three editions later, the EMCup is a real statement at all the Hotel Management Schools in the Netherlands. But also the International Hotel Management Schools are becoming familiar with this competition. Good news travels fast, and it is our aim to make the EMCup a competition widely spread across Europe.

This competition is for motivated 'I-do-dare students' whom think that their ideas could make a real difference in the hospitality industry. Hotello's have an eye for detail, and the value of pleasing guests with freedom to be creative. Together they can find solutions for a wide range of topics and for that reason alone this competition is a wonderful experience.

The EMCup does not only offer an interesting and learning competition, students also have the possibility to receive dozens of business cards, hundreds of handshakes and maybe even a connection that will help them in their future careers. It is a perfect way to experience the future life of a Hotello!
